17 มกราคม 2568 / นายพิเชฐ โพธิ์ภักดี รองปลัดกระทรวงศึกษาธิการ ได้รับมอบหมายจาก นายสุเทพ แก่งสันเทียะ ปลัดกระทรวงศึกษาธิการ ให้การต้อนรับและหารือกับ Mr. Wang Tianbing รองคณบดีบัณฑิตวิทยาลัย มหาวิทยาลัยปักกิ่ง วิทยาเขตเซินเจิ้น สาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน พร้อมด้วยคณาจารย์มหาวิทยาลัย และผู้แทนจากสถาบันขงจื่อแห่งจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 12 คน เพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับโครงการรับนักเรียนไปศึกษาต่อระดับปริญญาตรี ณ มหาวิทยาลัยปักกิ่ง สาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน โดยมีผู้แทนจากสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา สำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการศึกษาเอกชน สำนักความสัมพันธ์ต่างประเทศ สป. และผู้เกี่ยวข้องเข้าร่วมการหารือ ณ ห้องดำรงราชนุภาพ อาคารราชวัลลภ

รองปลัด ศธ. กล่าวต้อนรับ Mr. Wang Tianbing และคณาจารย์ ที่ให้เกียรติเดินทางมาพบหารือ โดยได้กล่าวถึงนโยบายของกระทรวงศึกษาธิการ ที่เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นศูนย์กลาง โดยมุ่งหวังให้นักเรียน “เรียนดี มีความสุข” (Happy Learning) ซึ่งลดภาระนักเรียน ครู และผู้ปกครอง ส่งเสริมให้เรียนได้ทุกที่ ทุกเวลา (Anywhere Anytime) อีกทั้ง ได้กล่าวถึงความร่วมมือด้านการศึกษาระหว่างไทยและจีนที่มีมาอย่างต่อเนื่อง และเป็นส่วนสำคัญในการพัฒนาครูและนักเรียนนักศึกษาของไทยในหลายมิติ

Mr. Wang Tianbing รองคณบดีฯ กล่าวขอบคุณที่ได้ให้การต้อนรับเป็นอย่างดี โดยได้กล่าวถึงวัตถุประสงค์หลักสองประการที่เดินทางมาเยือนกระทรวงศึกษาธิการ โดยประการแรกคือการสร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีในด้านการศึกษากับกระทรวงศึกษาธิการไทย และประการที่สอง คือการสอบสัมภาษณ์คัดเลือกนักเรียนที่จบการศึกษาระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายเพื่อจะไปศึกษาต่อในระดับปริญญาตรี ที่มหาวิทยาลัยปักกิ่ง สาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน ซึ่งในปัจจุบันมีนักเรียนไทยกำลังศึกษาอยู่ที่มหาวิทยาลัยปักกิ่ง จำนวน 54 คน โดยมีผลการเรียนและความประพฤติอยู่ในระดับที่ดี ในการนี้ มหาวิทยาลัยปักกิ่ง จึงมีความประสงค์รับสมัครนักเรียนไปศึกษาต่อเพิ่มมากขึ้น นอกจากนี้ ยังความยินดีที่จะขยายความร่วมมือด้านการศึกษากับสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษาและสำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการศึกษาเอกชน ผ่านโครงการและกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ

จากนั้น รองปลัด ศธ. กล่าวขอบคุณมหาวิทยาลัยปักกิ่ง วิทยาเขตเซินเจิ้น สาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน และสถาบันขงจื่อแห่งจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัยที่ได้ให้ความสำคัญกับการศึกษาระหว่างไทยและจีน โดยเฉพาะการรับนักเรียนไปศึกษาต่อระดับปริญญาตรี ณ มหาวิทยาลัยปักกิ่ง สาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน นอกจากนี้ ยังได้กล่าวถึงวาระการเฉลิมฉลองครบรอบ 50 ปี การสถาปนาความสัมพันธ์ทางการทูตไทย-จีน ซึ่งไทยและจีนมีการจัดกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ เพื่อเป็นการเฉลิมฉลองตลอดทั้งปี โดยในส่วนของกระทรวงศึกษาธิการ มีกิจกรรมความร่วมมือที่จะดำเนินการในวาระเฉลิมฉลองครบรอบ 50 ปี การสถาปนาความสัมพันธ์ทางการทูตไทย – จีน ตลอดปี พ.ศ. 2568 อาทิ การแสดงศิลปวัฒนธรรมไทย – จีน การแข่งขัน “สะพานสู่ภาษาจีน” ประจำปี พ.ศ. 2568 การเปิดศูนย์สอบวัดระดับความสามารถทางภาษาจีน (HSK) และโครงการบริจาคโลหิต “ไทยจีนเลือดเดียวกัน” เฉลิมฉลองครบรอบ 50 ปี การสถาปนาความสัมพันธ์ทางการทูตระหว่างจีนและไทย

2025 年一月十七日 Pichet Phophakdee  教育部常务副秘书长 从Suthep Gaengsanthia 教育部常务秘书已分配 欢迎并讨论 王天兵 教授 研究生院副院长北京大学深圳校区中华人民共和国 包括教师团队和著拉拢空大学之孔子学院代表 一共12位 为交流关于中国北京大学本科留学项目的意见，参加讨论的有来自基础教育委员会、职业教育委员会、私立教育促进委员会、外交事务局及相关人员的代表 Damrongrachanuphab 大厅，Rachawallop 楼。

教育部副部长欢迎王天兵先生和各位教师的到来，并表示感谢他们亲自前来交流。他提到教育部的政策，强调以学生为中心，致力于让学生‘学得好，学得开心’（Happy Learning），减轻学生、教师和家长的负担，促进学生可以在任何时间、任何地点学习（Anywhere Anytime）。同时，他还提到泰中两国在教育领域的持续合作，这种合作在多个方面对泰国教师和学生的发展起到了重要作用。

王天兵教授副院长对热情接待表示感谢，并提到此次访问教育部的两个主要目的。首先是与泰国教育部建立良好的教育关系；第二是对即将毕业的泰国高中生进行面试选拔，选派他们赴中国北京大学攻读本科课程。目前，共有54名泰国学生在北京大学就读，且学习成绩和行为表现良好。因此，北京大学希望能够增加更多的泰国学生招生。此外，北京大学还希望能够扩大与基础教育委员会、职业教育委员会以及私立教育促进委员会的教育合作，通过各种项目和活动进行合作。

随后，教育部副部长感谢中国北京大学深圳校区和朱拉隆功大学孔子学院对泰中教育合作的重视，特别是在接收泰国学生赴北京大学攻读本科的项目方面。此外，还提到庆祝泰中建交50周年的相关活动，泰中两国将举行一系列活动来庆祝这一重要时刻，活动将贯穿整年。在教育部方面，将在庆祝泰中建交50周年的背景下，开展一系列合作活动，计划在2025年举办，如泰中文化艺术表演、2025年‘中文桥’比赛、开设中文水平考试中心（HSK）、以及‘泰中血脉相连’的献血活动等，以庆祝泰中建交50周年。

January 17, 2025 / Mr. Pichet Phothipakdee, Deputy Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Education, was assigned by Mr. Suthep Kaengsanthea, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Education, to welcome and discuss with Mr. Wang Tianbing, Vice Dean of the Graduate School, Peking University Shenzhen Campus, People's Republic of China, along with faculty members from the university and representatives from the Confucius Institute at Chulalongkorn University, a total of 12 people, to exchange views on a program for sending students to pursue undergraduate studies at Peking University, People's Republic of China. Representatives from the Office of the Basic Education Commission, the Office of the Vocational Education Commission, the Office of the Private Education Promotion Commission, the Department of Foreign Relations, and relevant personnel also participated in the discussion at the Damrong Ratchanuphap Room, Rajavallop Building.

The Deputy Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Education welcomed Mr. Wang Tianbing and the faculty for their visit, mentioning the Ministry of Education’s policy that focuses on students as the central priority, aiming to ensure that students “learn well and happily” (Happy Learning), which reduces burdens on students, teachers, and parents, and encourages learning anywhere, anytime. He also talked about the ongoing educational cooperation between Thailand and China, which plays an important role in the development of Thai teachers, students, and scholars in various aspects.

Mr. Wang Tianbing, the Vice Dean, thanked the Ministry of Education for the warm reception and stated that the main objectives of his visit were to strengthen educational relations with Thailand’s Ministry of Education and to interview high school graduates for selection to study undergraduate programs at Peking University. Currently, 54 Thai students are studying at Peking University with good academic performance and behavior. As a result, Peking University is interested in recruiting more Thai students. He also expressed a willingness to expand cooperation with the Office of the Basic Education Commission, the Office of the Vocational Education Commission, and the Office of the Private Education Promotion Commission through various projects and activities.

The Deputy Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Education then thanked Peking University Shenzhen Campus, People's Republic of China, and the Confucius Institute at Chulalongkorn University for their commitment to strengthening educational ties between Thailand and China, particularly regarding the recruitment of students to pursue undergraduate studies at Peking University. He also mentioned the celebration of the 50th anniversary of Thai-Chinese diplomatic relations. Throughout the year, both countries are organizing various activities to commemorate this milestone. As part of this, the Ministry of Education will host several collaborative events in 2025, such as Thai-Chinese cultural performances, the annual “Bridge to Chinese Language” competition, the opening of Chinese language proficiency testing centers (HSK), and the blood donation campaign “Thai-China, One Blood” to celebrate the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Thailand and China.
